Governmental Audit Quality Center Executive Committee
The Governmental Audit Quality Center is governed by an Executive Committee that establishes general policies of the Center and oversees its activities. It also establishes the Center's membership requirements, subject to approval of the AICPA Board of Directors. Members of the Executive Committee must be members of the AICPA.
Members of the Executive Committee are appointed by the chairman of the AICPA Board of Directors with the approval of the Board and subject to the concurrence of the Executive Committee.
